Xenopren P GF 30 CC
Xenopren® PP-GF-30 is a polypropylene homopolymer reinforced with 30% chemically coupled glass fiber. This material represents a class of products featuring high stiffness, dimensional stability and thermal resistance. Processing of Xenopren® PP-GF-30 requires injection moulding machines with pressure of injection 80-120MPa. Recommended cylinder temperature should be about 2450C and mould temperature 750C. The average moulding shrinkage of this material is 0,6%. Polypropylene reinfor ced with glass fiber is used to manufacturing injection moulding items for automotives and electrical engineering.

The values have been determined on standard injection-moulded specimens in black colour.
The specimens were normalized according to ASTM D 618 A [ 40 h, 230C, 50% RH ]
